UP NEET UG 2025 allotment

The Uttar Pradesh NEET UG 2025 counselling process involves three crucial steps – seat allotment, reporting at allotted colleges, and resignation (tyaag patra). Each step is time-sensitive and must be completed as per official rules to avoid penalties.

Seat Allotment in UP Counselling

  • Candidates must complete online registration and choice filling through the UP NEET UG portal.
  • Seat allotment is carried out in multiple rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and the Stray Vacancy Round.
  • After each round, candidates can log in to the official portal and download their allotment letter.
  • The allotment is strictly based on NEET UG rank, category, domicile status, and seat availability.
  • Candidates allotted a seat must report to the college within the given deadline. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation.

Reporting Process at Allotted Medical College

After downloading the allotment letter, candidates must report physically to the allotted medical college.

Documents Required for Reporting:

  1. Allotment Letter issued online.
  2. NEET UG 2025 Admit Card and Rank Letter/Scorecard.
  3. High School and Intermediate certificates and mark sheets.
  4. Domicile Certificate (mandatory for state quota seats).
  5. Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD, if applicable).
  6. Identity Proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License).
  7. Passport-size photographs (as per requirement of the college).

Note: At the time of reporting, candidates must pay the prescribed Tution Fee and other charges. Non-payment of fees will lead to seat cancellation even if documents are submitted.
