States to remove MCC Alloted Candidates from their list.
As Per the Supreme Court’s order, Any Student who has already joined a Seat through All India Quota (AIQ) cannot take Part in the State Stray vacancy round. So, before doing the State Stray round, such AIQ-joined candidates must be removed from the list.
Stray Vacancy Round Result (MCC)
- The Stray Vacancy Round result for UG Counselling 2025 by MCC is final.
- No resignation is allowed from this round.
What State Counselling Authorities Must Do
- Remove all candidates who have already joined an AIQ Seat from their State counselling data.
- This is to ensure that a student already holding an AIQ seat does not get another Seat through State Counselling.
- State authorities can download the list of joined candidates from the MCC data-sharing Portal.
Reporting for the Stray Round of UG Counselling 2025 will start tomorrow, 16.11.2025, from 09:00 AM onwards.
