- Documents submitted in Round 1 will not be considered for Round 2. Candidates must resend fresh documents for Round 2.

Mandatory Documents for NRI/OCI Quota
Candidates claiming NRI/OCI status or applying for conversion to the NRI quota must submit the following documents:
- NEET-UG Admit Card and Score Card
- Proof of NRI Status of Parent/Relative:
- Valid Passport
- Visa / Residence Permit / Work Permit
- Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) or PIO Card (if applicable)
- NRI Certificate from the Indian Embassy/Consulate
- Valid Passport
- Certificate of Relationship – between the NRI relative and the candidate, issued by the competent Revenue Authority (Family Tree).
- Notarised Affidavit – from the NRI relative confirming sponsorship of tuition fees and living expenses, supported by an NRE Bank Account Passbook.
- 10th & 12th Mark Sheets with Passing Certificates
- Birth Certificate of the Candidate
- Passport of Candidate/Sponsor (Optional)
