Step-by-Step Admission Process

1. PIN Purchase for Registration

• Candidates must purchase their Online PIN through www.medadmgujarat.org.
  
• Fee details:
  
  • ₹1,000/- (non-refundable)
    
  • ₹10,000/- (refundable security deposit)
    
• Total: ₹11,000/-
  

2. Online Registration

• Once the PIN is purchased, students must complete online registration within the given dates.
  
• After registration, candidates need to select a Help Centre for document verification and submission of self-attested copies.
  

3. Help Centre Document Verification

• Students must appear at the selected Help Centre with their documents.
  
• Timings: 10:00 am to 04:00 pm.
  
• Note: Help centres remain closed on public holidays and Sundays.

Special Instructions for Different Categories

For Local Quota Candidates

• Students applying under the Local Quota Seats at Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad, or Surat Municipal Institute of Medical Education & Research (SMIMER) must prove they are bona fide residents of Ahmedabad or Surat.
  
• A certificate from the Dean of the respective institute is required.
  

For NRI Candidates

• After the online application, NRI candidates must submit a Demand Draft of ₹10,000/- in favour of “ACPUGMEC”, payable at Gandhinagar.
  
• The DD should be submitted to the ACPUGMEC office, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar.
  
• NRI candidates must check the official website for additional details.
