The Stray Vacancy allotment to MBBS/BDS Courses for the year 2025 is published on the website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
The allotted candidates can take a printout of the allotment memo from the candidate portal.
The candidate’s allotment details are available:
- Name
- Roll Number
- Allotted Course
- Allotted College
- Category of Allotment
- Fee details
- And other related details
The Candidates Should take a Printout of the allotment memo from the Home Page.
Students who get an allotment must pay the fee shown in the allotment memo and join the allotted college between 17.11.2025 and 20.11.2025 (till 4:00 PM).
Students belonging to SC, ST, OEC, Fishermen category, those covered under the two Government Orders mentioned, and those from Sree Chitra Home, Juvenile Home and Nirbhaya Home do not have to pay tuition fees.
But if any of these students get a Minority/NRI seat in a self-financing medical or dental college, then they must pay the full fee as per the allotment memo and will not get any fee concession.
Students who get an allotment can download the “Data Sheet” from their home page by clicking on the “Data Sheet” menu.
This Data Sheet printout must be shown to the college at the time of admission.
Allotted students must join the allotted course/college before 4:00 PM on 20.11.2025 as per the allotment memo.
If a Student does not join within the given time:
- They will lose their seat
- Their registration fee will not be refunded
- They will be penalized as per KEAM Prospectus clause 12.2.4.
If a student takes admission and later quits the Seat, whether from this Stray vacancy allotment or from any previous KEAM allotment, they will also be penalised as per KEAM Prospectus clause 12.2.4.
