Online Application and Choice Filling (after Round-3) are now open for all qualified, eligible, and interested NEET(UG)-2025 candidates who want to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round Online Counselling of UGMAC-2025.
Who can apply in this round?
This round is for candidates:
- Who did not complete Registration and Online Application earlier
- Who completed Registration but did NOT submit the Online Application properly, or
did not pay the required Counselling Fee and Security Deposit
(as per Adv. No. BCECEB(UGMAC)-2025/01 dated 29.07.2025, 2025/14 dated 03.10.2025, 2025/16 dated 09.10.2025 & 2025/17 dated 24.10.2025)
These applications are invited for the vacant seats in Government and Private Medical / Dental Colleges of Bihar, and Bihar Veterinary College, for admission into:
- MBBS
- BDS
- B.V.Sc & A.H.
- B.Sc (Poultry Production)
Admissions will be based on the UGMAC-2025 Rank, which is prepared from the NEET(UG)-2025 merit list. These vacancies are the seats left after the Online 3rd Round Counselling held from 10.11.2025 to 13.11.2025.
Consent / Willingness
Consent / Willingness is also invited from candidates who have already submitted their Online Application earlier, as long as they are not covered under Point No. 4 of Advertisement No. BCECEB(UGMAC)-2025/25 dated 16.11.2025.
2. Updated Seat Matrix
The updated Seat Matrix after completion of the 3rd Round Counselling will be available on the Board’s website from 15.11.2025.
If more vacancies arise later, the Seat Matrix will be further updated.
These updates will be available on the website before the start of the Stray Vacancy Round Counselling.
Candidates must check the updated Seat Matrix before filling their choices for Online Counselling.
