Uttar Pradesh NEET PG 2025 Stray Vacancy Registration has commenced today, i.e., February 20, 2026, by the Director General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), UP. The authority has started this round to fulfill the MD, MS, DNB, and Diploma vacant seats of the state.
Candidates can access the UP NEET PG 2025 Stray Vacancy Registration Portal through the official website, upneet.gov.in.

The authority has clearly stated that “only those candidates will be eligible for choice filling who will complete the registration process and the payment of the security amount”. So, candidates are advised to complete their registration before the deadline to avoid last-minute server issues.
