The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DME), Rajasthan, has released important instructions for candidates reporting after the first round of NEET UG 2025 counselling. Students allotted seats must carefully follow these guidelines to avoid any mistakes during the admission process. Below are the key points for reporting to the Rajasthan medical and dental colleges.
1. Tution Fee Payment
- Tution fees must be paid online only.
- Each student will receive a unique account number mentioned in their allotment letter. Fees should be deposited only in that account number.
2. Document Verification at Reporting
- Students must bring all original documents along with two sets of photocopies.
- Without proper documents, admission formalities will not be completed.
3. Bond Requirement for Government Colleges
For admission into Government/Rajmes/RUHS Medical or Dental Colleges, candidates must:
- Prepare a bond on a stamp paper of the prescribed amount in the required format.
- Get it notarised and presented at the time of reporting.
- A stamp vendor and notary facility will be available at the reporting venue.
4. Class XI Subject Verification
- Students must ensure that all subjects studied in Class XI, especially Biology, are mentioned in their mark sheet/promotion certificate.
- If not mentioned, they must obtain a certificate from the Principal of their school confirming the subjects studied in Class XI.
- This certificate has to be submitted at the time of reporting.
5. Tution Fees for First Round
- At the time of reporting, students only need to deposit one year’s tution fees.
- No additional fees or formalities are required apart from this.
6. Reporting Misconduct
- If any student faces illegal demands, harassment, or undue pressure from representatives of any medical college, they can report the issue.
- Students should immediately contact Room No. 114 of the Academic Block for assistance.
