The Government of Gujarat has released the formal notification concerning the MBBS and BDS Choice Filling procedure for the Academic year 2025-26.
This procedure provides students eligible, based on their NEET UG scores the opportunity to select their preferred college in the field of Medicine or Dentistry.

Step 1: Login to the Official Website
Go to medadmgujarat.org and log in using your User ID and Password (the same you created during registration).
Step 2: Explore Colleges
View the complete list of Government, Private, and NRI Medical & Dental Colleges in Gujarat.
Take your time to review college details, fees, and seat options before selecting.
Click “Add Choice” and start selecting the colleges you wish to apply for.
You can add as many colleges as you want — no limit!
Step 3: Arrange Your Preferences
Reorder your choices — put your top college first.
Example:
1️⃣ B J Medical College, Ahmedabad
2️⃣ GMC Surat
3️⃣ Parul Medical College, Vadodara
Step 4: Save Your Choices
Click “Save Choices” after finalizing your list.
You can still edit them until you lock your preferences.
Lock Your Final Choices
Box 1: Candidate must take print-out of locked choices. Whenever any query arises, the committee will consider print-out of your locked choices only
Box 2: You can Un-Lock and modify your filled choices after entering 14-digit PIN No. till time and datedecided by ACPUGMEC.
If you fail to lock choices it will be automatically locked on last day of choice filling.
