Scope for NRI Students: NRI wards and NRI-sponsored category students with lower NEET scores have a good opportunity to secure an MBBS seat in government medical colleges under the NRI quota. Private Medical Colleges: There is no reservation for NRI candidates in private medical colleges in Rajasthan.
Eligibility Criteria for NRI Quota MBBS Admission:
- Parent as NRI: At least one of the student’s parents should be an NRI and ordinarily residing abroad as an NRI.
- First-Degree Relative Sponsor: The person who sponsors the student for admission should be a first-degree relative (i.e., real brother or real sister) and should be ordinarily residing abroad as an NRI.

- If the student is taken as a ward by a nearest relative, such students may be considered for admission provided the guardian has bona fide treated the student as a ward.

- Real Uncle and Aunt: Real brother and sister of the father.

Counseling and Seat Allocation:
Conversion of Vacant NRI Seats:

- Round 2 offline counseling for NRI seats will be conducted before exhausting the management seats of government society colleges.
Participation and Bond:
- Candidates allotted NRI seats in round 2 counseling are not eligible to participate in round 2 counseling for other seats.
- At the time of allotment, the candidate must submit a bond stating that if they do not join the allotted seat or leave the course before completion, they will be liable to pay the fee for the entire course prescribed for such an NRI seat.
