Who Can Participate in Round 2?
The following categories of candidates are eligible for Round 2:
Those who did not register in Round 1 and now want to participate.
Registered candidates who were not allotted any seat in Round 1.
Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 but did not take admission.
Candidates who took admission in Round 1 but wish to upgrade their seat.
Candidates who surrendered their Round 1 seat before the deadline (16.09.2025, 5:00 PM).
Important Rules & Guidelines
Registration & Fee Payment
Registration fee and security deposit must be paid online only (Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking).
Candidates who paid both fees in Round 1 need not pay again.
Choice Filling & Locking
After registration, candidates must fill and lock their college choices within the given time.
If choices are not locked, the last filled choices will be auto-locked.
Seat Allotment
Seats will be allotted strictly based on merit, eligibility, and locked choices.
Category/sub-category changes (like OBC, SC, ST, EWS, etc.) must be updated within the specified period.
Seat Surrender/Withdrawal
Candidates who wish to leave their Round 1 seat can surrender it till 16.09.2025 (5:00 PM) without losing their security deposit.
After this deadline, no withdrawal will be allowed and fees/security will be forfeited.
Reservation
All category and sub-category benefits (OBC, SC, ST, EWS, PH, Defence, etc.) will be applicable as per Uttarakhand Government rules.
Valid caste/category certificates issued by competent authorities must be uploaded.
Reporting & Admission
Candidates allotted a seat in Round 2 must report to the allotted college with original documents before 25.09.2025.
Failure to join within the deadline will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
