The Director General Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh (DGMET, UP) has released its UP NEET PG 2025 Stray Vacancy Round Merit List on its official website, upneet.gov.in.

Along with this, the authority has also commenced its choice-filling for the UP NEET PG 2025 Final Round on Feb 23, 2026. 

The authority has clearly mentioned that candidates who have completed the registration and deposited the required security amount will be considered eligible for the choice-filling process.
