The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has officially commenced the Round 1 counselling process for MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2025-26. Candidates included in the State Medical Rank List can now register their options online for admission into Government and Private Medical/Dental Colleges across the state.

Who Can Apply?

– Candidates included in the State Medical Rank List published by CEE Kerala.

– NRI quota applicants listed in the official CEE NRI category list.

– All Indian candidates can apply for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in self-financing colleges irrespective of domicile.

Colleges Included in Round 1

Government Medical Colleges include Alappuzha, Kozhikode, Kottayam, Manjeri, Thrissur, Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram, Pariyaram, Idukki, Konni.

Private Medical Colleges include Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, MES Medical College, KMCT Medical College, Dr. Moopen’s Medical College, PK Das Institute of Medical Sciences.

Fee Structure (MBBS/BDS)

Government Colleges:

– MBBS: ₹23,150

– BDS: ₹20,840

Private Medical Colleges (General Quota – 85%): ₹7.7 to ₹8.98 lakhs per year

NRI Quota: MBBS ₹21.65 lakhs (KMCT Example), BDS ₹6,00,000

Private Dental Colleges (General): ₹3,30,940 per year

�� Fees are provisional and subject to Fee Regulatory Committee / Government / Court Orders.

Option Registration Fee

– General Candidates: ₹5,000

– SC/ST/OEC Candidates: ₹500

– Fee adjusted in tuition (Govt) or caution deposit (Private) if allotted

– Non-refundable if the seat is not joined or vacated after allotment

Important Rules

– No fresh option registration in later rounds (unless new colleges are added)

– If seat is allotted and not joined, candidate loses the seat and eligibility for further rounds

– Provisional fee of 2024-25 to be paid; final fee for 2025-26 subject to revision

– NRI candidates must submit valid documents, else NRI allotment will be cancelled
