MBBS/BDS seats that are left after the third phase. Eligible candidates who feature in the Kerala State Medical Rank List can opt for the fresh option registration at www.cee.kerala.gov.in. “Stray Vacancy Option Registration” is available till 13 Nov 2025, 11:59 PM.

 Those who have been allotted in Phase I–III, those who are still admitted, candidates who vacate after 28 Oct 2025, 5 PM, and AIQ stray/AIQ admitted candidates are not allowed to register. Fee for Registration: Rs. 10,000 for only Govt. Seats, Rs. 25,000 for Govt. + Self-financing, and Rs. 5,000 for SC/ST/OEC and specified categories.

 Temporary allotment will be done on 14 Nov, final on 15 Nov; joining period is 16–20 Nov 2025 (till 4 PM). Seats in the category that remain unallotted may be changed as per the prospectus.
