KEAM 2025 Second Stray Round Allotment List
The Government of Kerala, Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has released the official notification for the Second Round Stray Vacancy Allotment for Ayurveda, Homoeo, Siddha, Unani and Medical Allied Courses under KEAM 2025.
Facility to Register New Options
Vacancies in Ayurveda/Homoeo/Siddha/Unani and Medical Allied Courses that arose in Government/Self-Financing colleges after the first phase stray allotment will be filled in this round.
- Candidates included in the Kerala State Medical Rank List can register fresh options till 25.11.2025, 12.30 PM.
- Candidates who applied for AYUSH courses as per notification dated 17.11.2025 or earlier can also register options, but only those in the revised Kerala State Merit List will be considered.
Option registration must be done at: www.cee.kerala.gov.in → “Stray Vacancy Option Registration
Candidates should give options to all colleges and courses they are willing to join.
Unallotted category seats will be converted as per prospectus conditions.
Guidelines for Stray Vacancy Filling
The following candidates are not eligible:
- Those who joined or got allotment in the first phase stray vacancy allotment
- Those continuing in admitted status from Phase I, II, III & First Round Stray Vacancy Allotment
- Ineligible candidates as per AACCC list dated 21.11.2025
- Candidates who vacated seats after 24.10.2025, 5 PM
The seat received through stray vacancy allotment cannot be changed.

Registration Fee
- ₹10,000 candidates who register options to Ayurveda/Homoeo/Siddha/Unani and Medical Allied Courses
- ₹500 for SC/ST/OEC and candidates from:
- Sree Chitra Home
- Juvenile Home
- Nirbhaya Home
Fee rules:
- Fee will be carried over to tuition fee if allotted
- If no allotment → fee refunded
- If candidate does not join → fee becomes penalty + not refunded
- If candidate quits after joining → fee is penalty (KEAM Prospectus 12.2.4)
Course Fee
Fee details for Ayurveda / Homoeopathy / Siddha / Unani and Medical Allied courses are available on the CEE website.
SC/ST/OEC and eligible candidates need not pay fee at admission, except when allotted to Management quota seats in Self-Financing AYUSH colleges — in that case, they must pay the full fee shown in the allotment memo without concession.
