JKBOPEE Notification 116-BOPEE of 2025 announces offline registration for NEET UG 2025 qualified candidates of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
Registration is due to 161 new MBBS seats added in 5 Government Medical Colleges for the academic session 2025-26.
Registration Dates: 8th to 10th September 2025 (till 4 PM).
Mode: Offline registration at JKBOPEE offices in Jammu and Srinagar.
Eligible Candidates:
Belonging to UT of J&K / UT of Ladakh.
Qualified NEET UG 2025 with minimum cut-off marks.
Not listed in the earlier Provisional Merit List.

10+2 marks sheet
Domicile certificate (or ST certificate for Ladakh)
Valid category certificate (OBC/EWS as per UT J&K proforma)
Date of Birth certificate (Matriculation)
For Ladakh candidates: Compulsory Service Bond (available on BOPEE website)

Open Merit (including JKPM/CDP/Sports/EWS): 144
Open Merit/EWS PWD: 127
Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC/ALC/IB/RBA): 113
PWD under Reserved Categories: 113
Important Instructions:
No need to re-register if already done earlier.
No under-process certificates will be accepted.
Valid category certificates must be submitted by 10th September 2025.
Candidates earlier considered under Open Merit due to missing documents can now be placed in their respective categories if proof is submitted on time.
Valid email ID and mobile number must be provided for future updates.
