Haryana has notified the *MD/MS admission procedure* after MBBS for 2025–26 across Govt, Govt-Aided and Private institutions (including SGT and Al-Falah).
Half the seats go to All-India Quota and the other half to Haryana State Quota.
Within State quota:
Up to 40% for Eligible In-Service (HCMS/ESIC/autonomous bodies).
• 25% Institutional Preference for MBBS graduates of Haryana institutes.
• 5% Horizontal Reservation for PwBD candidates as per NEET-PG 2025 rules.
Management-quota merit is drawn from the All-India NEET-PG list, while 15% of management seats are reserved for NRI/PIO/OCI/Foreign Nationals (NEET-qualified).
Leaving the course after the late-admission window triggers
1. A Three-Year State Ban
2. ₹10 lakh bond, and,
3. Additional Fee Liabilities.
Please note that ESIC Faridabad has its own bond conditions.
