NEET PG 2025 for Haryana Round 2. Counseling Schedule
Pandit B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak has released the official Round-2 counseling schedule for MD/MS/DNB/Post MBBS Diploma courses in Government, government-aided, and private medical colleges and private universities (SGT University, Al-Falah University) of Haryana for the academic session 2025–26.

Important Instructions Mentioned in the Notice
1. Registration Rules
- Fresh candidates can register for Round-2 of counseling if not registered in Round-1.
- Candidates already registered in Round-1 do not need to register again.
- Candidates who joined in Round-1 must give willingness for upgrade, otherwise they will not be considered for Round-2.
2. Choice Filling Rules
- All candidates must fill fresh choices in Round-2.
- Choices from Round-1 are null and void and the candidates will have to fill fresh choices.
3. Security Amount (as per choices selected)
- ₹25,000 (₹12,500 for SC/SCD/BCA/BCB/EWS/PwBD of Haryana) → If applying only for Govt / Govt-Aided / Private Medical Colleges (State Quota)
- ₹2,00,000 → If applying for Management Quota + State Quota seats in Private Colleges & Private Universities
Security Amount Notes:
- Must be deposited online, otherwise candidate is not eligible for Round-2.
- If allotted a seat and candidate does not join → security amount forfeited.
- If not allotted any seat → security amount refunded after counseling.
- Candidates who join in Round-2 will also be eligible for Round-3.
4. Upgradation Rules
- Candidates who joined Round-1 seat will retain that seat until upgraded in Round-2.
- If upgraded candidate does not want Round-2 seat → they may exit, but security amount will be forfeited.
5. Document Verification
If a candidate fails to produce correct documents during physical verification:
- Seat will be cancelled
- Security amount will be forfeited

- Instructions must be read with NEET PG Bulletin 2024 and Haryana Govt. Notifications dated 15.09.2025 & 10.11.2025.
