Maharishi Markandeshwar College of Medical Sciences & Research, Sadhopur, Ambala, is a private medical college under Maharishi Markandeshwar University (deemed-to-be university). The college was established in 2023 with the aim of providing high-quality medical education along with advanced services. The college got its recognition from National Medical Commission (NMC). MBBS in MMCMSR: Admission Process

Admission to the MBBS programme is strictly based on NEET-UG scores, followed by state-level counselling, seat allotment, and document verification. Candidates must ensure they fulfil the eligibility criteria, complete the counselling registration, and submit all required documents within the prescribed timelines.

  1. NEET-UG: Candidates must appear for the NEET-UG entrance exam and qualify with the required percentile.
  2. Haryana NEET Counselling: Registration for counselling is done through the Haryana State NEET Counselling Portal under DMER.
  3. Choice Filling & Locking: Candidates must select their preferred college including, MMC MSR in their preference list and lock their options within the allotted time.
  4. Seat Allotment: Authorities will allot the seats to the candidates based on their NEET score, reservation category, seats available, and preference list.
  5. Fee Payment & Document Verification: Candidates whose documents are verified during the documentverification must proceed with their payment of fee.
  6. Reporting to College: Candidates must report to their allotted college after making the payment of fee.

*Candidates failing to submit the original documents during the document verification will result in forfeiture of the seat.

During the document verification, the candidates are advised to bring the original documents along with the two sets of self-attested photocopies. The list of documents are as follows:

  3. Class 10th Marksheet/Certificate (DOB Proof)
  4. Class 12th Marksheet/Certificate
  5. Character Certificate
  6. Resident Certificate (if applicable)
  7. Bonafide Resident Certificate (if applicable)
  8. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  9. PwD Certificate from NTA centres or PGIMS Rohtak
  10. Freedom Fighter Certificate (if applicable)
  11. Ex-Servicemen Certificate (if applicable)
  12. Income Certificate (BC Category)
  13. Income & Asset Certificate (EWS Category)
  14. Affidavit for Minority Status (if applicable)
  15. Provisional Allotment Letter
  16. Valid ID (any two): Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Passport/Driving Licence
  17. Passport-size Photographs
  18. Any additional document required by the counselling committee

  1. Equivalency Certificate from AIU, New Delhi (if applicable)
  2. Grade-to-Percentage Conversion Certificate (if applicable)
  3. NRI Status Proof: Passport, OCI/PIO Card/ Letter from Embassy/MEA, NRI Sponsorships Letter, NRI Bank Account Details

*Candidates who fail to produce original documents during verification/counselling will lose their admission and the seat will be forfeited.
